These terms apply to all digital products sold on the Whimsi Creatures website, including planner downloads and printable artwork.

1. Product Information

All products sold are digital downloads in PDF or image format. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our sales platform - Fungies.io. We do not store or handle payment details directly.

4. Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Delivery is immediate unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, as permitted for digital goods.
